The Current River valley is an excellent place to hunt woodcock with fair numbers of quail occupying most of the old farmsteads along the river. You can spend the day upland hunting or mix in some fishing. These trips can be walk-in or float trips. And I have an exceptional, well-trained and enthusiastic Brittany Spaniel always ready to go!
